Nong is a Programme Associate at GIFT, where she contributes towards programme design and management, conducts research, and engages partners and stakeholders to support programme delivery.

Prior to joining GIFT, she worked as a consultant with UNDP, specialising in international development, ESG policy, and capacity building. She brings experience in strategy, government relations, research, and project management.

Nong holds a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
