Rachel Fernandez

Rachel is a Programme Associate at GIFT ASEAN. She is involved in activity planning, coordination & communication with internal and external stakeholders, and documentation of programme outcomes.

Before joining GIFT, Rachel served as a Junior Product Manager at an Ed-Tech startup where she played a key role in developing consumer-focused products. Her work focused on enhancing English literacy rates of children across Southeast Asia.

Rachel holds a MSc in Behavioural Economics from The University of Warwick and a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham Malaysia.

She is fluent in English and Malay.
