    Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Global Leaders Programme designed for?

The Global Leaders Programme (GLP) is designed for senior level executives and experienced leaders looking to enhance their worldview, create new innovative business models, and expand their global network in both private and public organisations. GIFT can support and advise on your nomination process to select candidates who will benefit most from the GLP.

Today’s complex global challenges demand fresh thinking and a different kind of leadership. The Global Leaders Programme (GLP) goes beyond traditional executive education, immersing participants in the frontlines of change and the uncertainties looming in the international business landscape.

Renowned for its intellectual rigour and experiential, outcome-driven methodology, the GLP promotes personal growth, equips leaders with practical skills to manage diverse teams in unfamiliar environments, and introduces new paths to success in the 21st century.

The Global Leaders Programme (GLP) is a transformative two-week journey divided into two dynamic modules.

Module 1 focuses on interactive classroom learning, guided by GIFT’s proprietary curriculum. It combines thought-provoking lectures, regular reflections, breakout sessions, and insights from guest speakers to create an engaging and participatory learning experience.

Module 2 emphasises hands-on experiential learning. Participants tackle real-world challenges through rigorous action-based projects, business model generation, and creative problem-solving, redefining what it means to think “outside the box.”

Together, these modules empower participants to develop actionable ideas and innovative solutions in a rapidly changing international landscape.

Note: GLP Module 1 will be conducted in Hong Kong, China. The location for Module 2 varies by cohort and will take place in a different city, requiring travel.
