Team & Job Description

You will be part of GIFT’s Hong Kong team in the implementation of various assignments, including but not limited to:

  • Research and writing to support the development of concept papers, reports, project partner pipeline, programme collateral, articles, etc.
  • Supporting the development of marketing collateral such as social media posts, graphics, presentations, etc. for the purpose of raising GIFT’s profile
  • Administrative and logistical support for projects such as leadership programmes, virtual/in-person conferences, stakeholder engagements, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University student or above
  • Interest and experience aligned with the responsibilities outlined above
  • Analytical and intellectually curious, with a strong desire to develop new ideas and solve complex problems
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively in a flat organisational structure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with initiative to contribute to thoughtprovoking discussions
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous, with excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities and a commitment to quality and deadlines
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage

Compensation
Daily stipend of HK$100 for each day worked
