The PEQ was developed based on close observation of thousands of corporate, government, and NGO leaders from over 80 countries. It offers individuals a structured opportunity to reflect on how they show up in different settings—how they think, communicate, and relate to others.
Through 54 carefully designed questions, the PEQ explores three core pillars that underpin personal and leadership effectiveness:
Knowledge.
Communication.
Empathy.
These dimensions highlight the behaviours and mindsets that influence how individuals engage, build trust, and navigate complexity.
Each participant receives a personal engagement score along with a tailored set of recommendations. The feedback is designed to prompt meaningful reflection and support the development of more intentional habits—habits that deepen alignment with one’s values and strengthen leadership presence in any context.
