Angain is the Strategic Partnerships Manager at the Global Institute For Tomorrow (GIFT), where he leads client acquisition and promotes GIFT’s innovative approaches to leadership development, sustainability, and policy advisory in the Southeast Asian market. Before this he was a Programme Manager and subsequently, Head of Editorial at GIFT.

Prior to joining GIFT, he worked as a journalist at a media startup, where he covered key topics such as Southeast Asian geopolitics, technology, business, and environmental issues. Angain holds a First-Class Honours Degree in International Relations from the University of Nottingham and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in International Relations at the Asia-Europe Institute, Universiti Malaya.
