Esther is the founder and CEO of 3Capital Investment, an AI focused VC targeting global opportunities.
Prior to that, she was one of the key founding members of Sensetime, one of China’s largest AI software companies. She initiated the company’s strategic investment as well as capital market team. She raised over USD 5bn, also led investment and collaboration with strategic partners domestic and overseas.
In addition to successful startup experience, Esther has more than 20 years of experience in finance and banking, she took on leadership roles at Cazenove (now JP Morgan), CICC, Barclays & Bocom.
Esther holds an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She is dedicated to youth development and is a board member of Greater Bay Youth Committee and Junior Achievement Hong Kong.
