Najmi is a Programme Associate at GIFT Hong Kong, where he contributes towards programme management, conducts market research, and supports in client outreach and marketing.
Prior to joining GIFT, he worked in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong in several industries, including financial risk management, economic policy consulting, and STEM education. He has hundreds of hours of experience conducting youth workshops with applied STEM concepts of practical and applicable learning.
Najmi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick, UK, with specifications in Industrial Economics and Applied Economics. He is fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.
