Theodoric is the Indonesia Representative for the Global Institute For Tomorrow (GIFT), leading business development and strategic partnerships. He works closely with corporate leaders, government institutions, and industry associations to advance leadership and sustainability initiatives.
With a background in finance and human capital management, Theodoric has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, corporate learning, and executive education. Before joining GIFT, he built a strong foundation in human capital at ASTRA, specialising in executive development and organisational dynamics. He worked with senior management to drive transformation and develop leadership programmes that help companies stay ahead of the curve.
Theodoric holds a degree in Finance, specialising in Accounting – Audit & Assurance, from Multimedia Nusantara University. He is passionate about aligning business strategy with leadership development to help organisations reach their full potential.
