GIFT’s proprietary curriculum, learning tools and high-touch facilitation keep participants engaged and excited from start to finish.
In today’s volatile operating environments, navigating global complexities demands more than a surface-level understanding. The ALP encourages participants to look beyond mainstream narratives and delve deeper into the underlying forces shaping our world.
Participants will examine the impact of globalisation on political structures, economies, and social values, while reimagining capitalism to prioritise collective well-being in a resource-constrained world. You will gain insights into the intricate relationships among government, business, and civil society, learning to balance economic objectives with social and environmental responsibilities.
Additionally, participants will learn to develop strategies to manage organisational externalities and examine the trade-offs and potential of technological innovations for meaningful problem solving.
Develop new business ideas and breakthrough innovations by challenging conventional wisdom.

This leadership programme was intense, both emotionally and intellectually. The environment set the stage with a mix of new people, diverse cultures, unfamiliar domains, varied personalities, all driving us to deliver results quickly. We gained knowledge through new tools, real-time application, and collaboration.
In Module 2, participants will be confronted with a conceptually demanding business project framed to yield commercial value and drive socio-economic benefits for local communities. Designed to go beyond business as usual, and around key pillars of stakeholder ownership, pricing externalities, and investment to improve quality of life, the cohort will collaborate to create new models for prosperity in a rapidly changing world. Intensity of experience and personal ownership of outcomes enable an enduring transformation of mindsets and behaviours.
