For the programmes, they span in‑person experiential programmes, outcome‑driven workshops, blended‑learning journeys, and fully virtual programmes.

Working closely with GIFT colleagues, you will drive multiple projects concurrently and ensure high‑quality delivery across the full programme/project lifecycle.

• Apply strategic and critical thinking to structure projects that deliver high quality outputs

Content & Business Development
• Contribute to GIFT’s thought leadership and content through research and writing
• Drive proposals, concept notes, and client/market research
• Assist with marketing collateral, partner/client engagement, and CRM management

Ad hoc – Support internal strategy, development initiatives, and special projects as required
Mentorship – Able to effectively manage and professionally develop junior members of the team

Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ relevant work experience (exceptions considered), ideally in project management, consulting, advisory, and/or event management
• MBA or Master’s degree in a technical or relevant field preferred
• Fluency in English required; Mainland Mandarin proficiency an advantage (other Asian languages a plus)
• Technologically savvy, with hands‑on experience across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), AI tools, and video‑conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom)
• Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot CRM, and online education or collaborative tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally for programme delivery and client work
• Experience in client relations, business communications, sales, marketing, and/or business development is advantageous

Ideal Candidate
