Helen is a Programme Associate at GIFT Hong Kong, where she contributes towards programme management, conducts research, and converts insights into actionable, and impactful content.
Before joining GIFT, she contributed to convening and stakeholder engagement for think tanks and universities. She is also a published researcher, with an academic paper on the community capacity of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong during the COVID-19 pandemic. Helen holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a master’s degree in international social and public policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
